We all have slight tremors when we move our hands, and they can become more obvious if we’ve consumed caffeine or are stressed or angry. But if you have noticeable tremors all or most of the time, you may have essential tremor, a movement disorder that causes involuntary rhythmic shaking of the hands, arms and sometimes other body parts during activity.
