Lumina Las Vegas recently hosted a special visit from Jay Allen, one of country music’s hottest performers, who spoke with residents and family members while in town for an event to raise money to fight Alzheimer’s disease.
Allen is known for his philanthropic work spurred on by his mother’s passing from Alzheimer’s in 2019. He has since helped raise over $160 million to help fight the disease.
Allen has been featured on NBC’s The Voice, ABC World News, People Magazine and Forbes Magazine, among other media outlets around the world. He was selected as a Highway Find on Sirius XM’s The Highway, and his song “Sounds Good to Me”, won the 2022 Country Now Awards as Favorite Competition Contestant. Jay was recognized as one of Music Mayhem Magazine’s 2023 Artists to Watch, and most recently was named All Country News 2024 Artist of The Year.
