It’s a good sign when the person in charge of the kitchen not only wants to be part of a team that makes a difference in everyday lives of seniors—but also loves chocolate. 

With more than a decade of experience running kitchens and cooking in general, Quiesean identifies with the core values of compassion and creativity. He especially enjoys crafting menus that provide flexibility and choice for pleasurable family-style dining experiences. 

A “complete” family man, Quiesean spends his spare time with his family, which includes a son and daughter, as well Nova, a loyal canine companion. He also likes to read and play PlayStation 5, describing himself as a “big gamer”. Quiesean is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a background in writing and nursing.
