Nicole Graham

Executive Director

Being a part of something truly uplifting and inspiring is Nicole’s call to action. She’s a perfect fit at Lumina Las Vegas, where fresh ideas and a passion for excellence are merging for exciting results. “I love how Solera is elevating the senior living experience, with a hospitality-driven culture, life-enhancing technology, dedication to high safety standards, and a high caliber staff,” says Nicole. “Not only is Solera the leader in senior living, it’s also a great place to work and live.”

Creativity is a core value at Solera, and something Nicole has always embraced. She thinks outside the box and tries new things as evidenced by her being the only girl on her high school rugby team. “I’m always looking for the fun in things and finding a way to make an impact,” says Nicole. “BYOE. I bring my own energy.” Learning from life’s ups and downs has given her keen insight into the healing power of compassion—another of Solera’s core values—and something she calls upon as she interacts with residents and family members in a caring and empathetic way.

Nicole has been in senior living for more than 15 years, working in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care. Her experience has included marketing, training, quality assurance, and work as a certified nursing assistant. Nicole completed the Aegis Learning program in Leadership Advance through the Leadership Foundation of Greater Las Vegas. She is a certified CPR and First Aid instructor. She received her Master’s in healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix and a BS in general studies from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. She and her husband, Turner, have three children and spend a lot of time attending kids’ sporting and school events. Which means for Nicole, it’s a never a dull moment. And she likes it that way.
