Kelley Carr does more than set goals; she devotes herself to achieving them. It means interfacing with fellow team members to reinforce the Lumina Las Vegas brand and reputation, while achieving occupancy goals. And there are other perks as well. “I enjoy talking with loved ones and hearing the stories they share,” says Kelley.

Kelley has 25 years in sales and marketing, giving her valuable experience at building beneficial relationships with partners and referrals. She is a voracious reader and has traveled around the world more than once. Her favorite spots—Aruba, Peru, Paris and Hong Kong. She’s also a fan of hiking and bicycling. Kelley has two children and two grandchildren.
