Emely Bitanga serves as Director of Sales and Marketing at Lumina Las Vegas, where she guides families through a difficult and emotional decision-making process. What drew her to Lumina Las Vegas was the genuine commitment to educating the community about dementia and Alzheimer's disease, work she has come to see as a calling after nearly a decade in memory care.

“Every family has a story," she says, "and every resident deserves to be seen with dignity, compassion, and respect. Being able to support families during a challenging chapter of their lives and help them find hope and peace of mind is the most rewarding part of what I do.” Her path was shaped by six years in the Army National Guard, years running her own group home with a mental health endorsement, and experience in retail and banking. These diverse roles have given her a strong foundation in customer service, operations, leadership, and caring for individuals with unique needs, which she now brings to her work in senior living.

Outside of work, she’s either packing up for her next road trip, spending time outdoors kayaking and hiking, or relaxing at home with her children and two dogs.
