When Daniel speaks of residents at Lumina Las Vegas, his passion for their wellbeing is clear. “This stage of life deserves dignity, love, and compassion, and that is what I truly love to be part of,” he says.

Daniel takes pride in helping make each day safer, more comfortable, and more meaningful for residents.  As Resident Care Coordinator, Daniel oversees and supports daily resident care while motivating the care team to provide consistent, high-quality support. In his leisure time, Daniel enjoys being with family, listening to music, staying active, watching movies, and continuing to learn and grow both personally and professionally. Perfect vacation for Daniel: somewhere peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by nature—either near the ocean or in the mountains—where he can recharge, reflect, and reconnect with loved ones.
