Amber Miller, LSW, brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to her role as Director of Memory Care at Lumina Las Vegas, where she supports residents living with cognitive challenges while partnering with families and leading a compassionate, person-centered team. Her path to this work is both professional and deeply personal — having walked alongside her own father through his dementia journey, she understands firsthand the emotional weight families carry.

"Compassion is at the center of every interaction," Amber shares, "whether supporting residents, guiding families, or mentoring staff." Her background spans acute care, palliative care, and case management, and she is currently completing her Master of Social Work.

Outside of work, Amber recharges with diamond art, baking, and tending to her indoor plants. She shares her home with four dogs and enjoys spending time at the ice rink supporting her daughter, a former competitive figure skater who now coaches and inspires other skaters.
