Being a part of someone’s story is very appealing for Amanda. It’s one reason why she is passionate about photography; capturing special moments for others and feeling as though she is sharing their experiences. It’s also why she’s such a natural fit for Solera—her drive and dedication to act an advocate for the elder population and make sure they are getting the care they deserve.

As sales counselor, Amanda can educate others in the greater community about both Solera and Lumina Las Vegas. “I get to show my passion for memory care and why it is important,” says Amanda. “Moving someone into a community is never an easy task; which is why compassion is the core value that speaks most to me. It’s so important for team members to express genuine compassion and understanding that can make these difficult transitions much easier.”

Amanda received her Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with an emphasis on communication. She has previously worked with cardiac and pulmonary patients and also has experience in sales.

When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, as well as sisters, nieces, and nephews. And for sure, canine companion Aspen. Perfect vacation? A few months in Europe, taking in the culture, food, and history.
